Hydrotherapy Classes

Hydrotherapy utilises the unique properties of water to provide low-impact exercise that's gentle on joints while still providing effective strengthening and cardiovascular benefits. Sessions are held at a specialised indoor heated pool facility off Blaauwklippen Road in Stellenbosch. Available as group classes or one-on-one sessions based on your preference and needs. The buoyancy and resistance of water make these sessions ideal for people with arthritis, joint pain, or mobility limitations.
